After installing software, and attempting to run it, I get an error message
telling me that it can't find "MSVBVM60.DLL".
You may not have the standard Visual Basic runtime modules that are
required to run some software.  Install THIS, and see if that fixes it.
One of your programs is telling me it can't display the help file.  What is
going on, here?
You may have downloaded one of our older programs that uses the
Adobe Acrobat Reader program to read ".pdf" files. Download the
current version from HERE...it's free.
During installation of one of your programs, my computer gets stuck in
a loop of updating files, and restarting the computer.
This is a common symptom with versions of Windows that use the
"system restore" functions.  To get around it, restart your computer in
safe mode, disable system restore, install the program, then turn the
system restore back on, again.
